This policy outlines how Americana Outdoors Inc and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies (collectively referred to as "we" or "us") collect, use and share information collected through various channels, including our websites, mobile applications, and wholesale accounts (collectively referred to as the "Americana Outdoors Inc Services").

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION Data and Personal Information (PI) We and our vendors may collect data and personal information (PI), such as your name, contact information, shipping and billing information (such as credit card data), and other information that you provide to us. We may also collect limited PI when you download or request our mobile application. We use this information to provide the Americana Outdoors Inc Services, improve our services, and conduct marketing. We may combine the PI we collect with additional information from other sources.

Geographic Location Our mobile application uses your device's GPS feature to determine your location. We and our third-party vendors or partners may collect and use this information for various purposes, including improving the functionality of the App, making our advertising more relevant, and improving the Americana Outdoors Inc Services. We do not store geographic location data in combination with other PI. If you do not want us or third parties to collect and use your device's geographic location, you can control this function in your application settings, disable location services for your device, or uninstall the App, but note that these choices will affect your ability to use the App.

Usage Information and Analytics We automatically collect certain usage information when you use Americana Outdoors Inc Services, including information about the devices you use to connect to our services and how you use our services. We and our advertisers may also collect information outside of Americana Outdoors Inc Services to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. We use this information to provide and improve our services and to analyze and offer our advertising.

Information You Post Any information you share about yourself in a public open forum, such as on social media, is likely public information.

SHARING OF INFORMATION We do not disclose your PI to third parties except as follows:

• To companies that provide services to us or perform functions on our behalf;
• To offer promotions to Americana Outdoors Inc customers on behalf of our affiliates and non-affiliated partners;
• To other selected reputable companies for mailing information that may interest you;
• When disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, and/or governmental authorities;
• When disclosure is necessary to enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements or to protect our rights, customers, property, employees, or others; and

YOUR CHOICES You have the option to change or correct your PI and to opt out of our communications or our service. You can also control our use of your PI in connection with marketing and promotions. You may choose to decline communications from us or stop us from sharing your information with other companies for their marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe from our email communications or disable the collection of your device's geographic location.

CORRECTION OF INFORMATION If you would like to request changes to the PI that you have previously provided to us, please contact us.

COOKIES We use cookies and other technologies to collect information in connection with our services and advertising. You may be able to set your browser to reject and/or delete cookies, but this may disable or interfere with features of our services or other websites you visit.

INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING We may work with third-party advertising companies that collect and use information about your online activities to deliver more relevant advertising. You may opt out of this type of advertising by companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance self-regulatory program.

CHILDREN The online Americana Outdoors Inc Services are not intended for the use of individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information online from individuals under the age of 16.

THIRD PARTIES AND SOCIAL MEDIA Our websites and App may contain links to third-party online properties. Such third parties have their own policies that govern their collection, use, and disclosure of information. We suggest that you read their privacy policies to learn about their practices.

Social media provides tools that many of our customers use and enjoy, and we include links to various social media platforms on our websites. If you interact with these social media tools through our websites, your experience on those social media sites will be governed by the privacy and other policies of those sites. So, the privacy settings you have chosen on those sites will determine the degree to which your information is made public. We encourage you to choose your privacy settings on those sites accordingly.

SAFEGUARDING YOUR PI We have reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative measures in place to safeguard the security of your personal information. However, when you communicate with customer service via email or chat on our websites, these communications may not be encrypted. For that reason, we ask that you do not share sensitive information via these communication channels.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and, potentially, other applicable state or federal laws provide you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated, and we want to ensure you understand and are able to exercise those rights.

Personal Information We Collect, Disclose or Sell for a Business Purpose. The chart below summarizes the categories of personal information we have collected and shared in the past 12 months for a business purpose, and for “sale.” (see last two columns of the table below for a description of each) Please know that the definition of “sale” under CCPA and other laws can be very broad and therefore may include in their scope many common business activities involving the sharing of data, even when the personal information shared is not exchanged for money.
