These Text Messaging Terms of Use ("SMS Terms") govern conversational text messages exchanged between you and an Americana Outdoors, Inc. employee through Microsoft Teams Phone. By opting in to or using this text messaging service, you agree to these SMS Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy.
Service description
The service supports person-to-person business conversations between you and an Americana Outdoors employee. Messages may concern quotations and product questions; orders, projects, scheduling, delivery, installation, or service; dealer, supplier, contractor, customer, or other existing business matters; and follow-up information requested during a telephone, in-person, or text conversation.
This service is not used for bulk marketing, promotional campaigns, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging.
Consent and opt-in
You may opt in verbally during a telephone or in-person conversation with an Americana Outdoors employee. The employee will identify Americana Outdoors, explain the expected message type, advise that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and explain how to obtain help or stop messages.
Your consent to SMS messaging is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time as described below.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on the business conversation and your interaction with the Americana Outdoors employee.
Message and data rates
Americana Outdoors does not charge you for this SMS service. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages from the employee telephone number involved in the conversation. You may also use QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply START to resume the conversation.
Because this is a person-to-person service, an opt-out applies to the specific conversation and employee telephone number from which the messages were sent.

Privacy
Our handling of mobile information and SMS consent is described in the Americana Outdoors SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service availability
Message delivery depends on Microsoft Teams, telecommunications carriers, compatible devices, networks, and other systems outside Americana Outdoors' control. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable, and the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date shown above identifies the current published version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
